2010 saw Crowne Plaza Marlow chalking up quite a few successes. Notably the inspector from the AA paid a visit to the hotel, and awarded 4 Star Status and a Rosette for Glaze Restaurant. The AA inspector was so impressed that he awarded the hotel a merit score of 82%. The Investors in People inspector also visited and was so impressed the hotel was given the Silver Accreditation. These awards were retained in 2011. In 2012 the Glaze Restaurant was awarded a 2nd AA Rosette for culinary excellence and staff friendliness.
Once again Crowne Plaza Marlow has earned 2013 Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. Crowne Plaza Marlow has won this award in recognition of hospitality excellence as we have received consistent outstanding traveller reviews on Tripadvisor. Only the top performing 10% of business listed on Tripadvisor receive this prestigious award.

We are pleased to annouced that the Sales Team at Crowne Plaza Marlow were a finalist for a Revenue Award at the 2013 Hotel Cateys.
