2010 saw Crowne Plaza Marlow chalking up quite a few successes.  Notably the inspector from the AA paid a visit to the hotel, and awarded 4 Star Status and a Rosette for Glaze Restaurant. The AA inspector was so impressed that he awarded the hotel a merit score of 82%. The Investors in People inspector also visited and was so impressed the hotel was given the Silver Accreditation. These awards were retained in 2011.
