BEDROOM CLEANER –Crowne Plaza Hotel, Marlow
We are looking for committed Bedroom Cleaners for our beautiful new hotel in Marlow
The Hotel with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 new bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms , Leisure & Spa facilities and a restaurant and bar with lake views
We are looking for experienced bedroom cleaners with previous hotel bedroom cleaning experience if possible although training can be provided
You will be required to clean bedrooms and bathrooms to a very high standard including stripping and making beds , dusting, cleaning and vacuuming.
Candidates must have previous hotel cleaning experience and positive references will be required
Start date as soon as possible

Assistant Maintenance Manager
We have a fantastic new opportunity for an ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE MANAGER to be part of our hotel maintenance team and to be responsible for the brand new mechanical and electrical installation at the hotel.
Crowne Plaza Marlow, with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 9 meeting rooms, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities and the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and Aqua Bar & Lounge all with stunning lake views.
The hotel has recently been fully refurbished to make it the finest Crowne Plaza Resort Hotel in the UK
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the following :-
1. Compliance to Intercontinental Hotels Group brand standards, Fire Life Safety Standards, Energy Efficiency and other standards
2. Supervision of sub- contractors on site
3. Undertaking and managing preventative maintenance schedules
4. Responsible for the new mechanical and electrical equipment installed in the hotel, in particular the brand new Daikin air conditioning system throughout
5. Previous pool plant experience will be considered an advantage
You should also have good communication skills – both written and verbal
Good mechanical, electrical and plumbing skills essential
Successful candidates should ideally have a solid hotel engineering/maintenance background, preferably in a branded Hotel environment.

Breakfast Supervisor
We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to be part of the lovely team at our Crowne Plaza Marlow SL7 1GJ
Conveniently located near High Wycombe/ Maidenhead this busy hotel consists of 168 bedrooms with 10 conference suites for up to 380 in the largest suite, 1 AA Fine Dining Restaurant & Terrace, Aqua Lounge bar and Quad Fitness and Spa
We are looking for a dynamic BREAKFAST / BAR LOUNGE SUPERVISOR to be instrumental in running our busy breakfast and lunch service at the hotel.
You will meet & greet all guests with a fantastic welcome. You will be responsible for directing guests to their seating and effectively 'handing over' to a waiter. You need to ensure the breakfast service is run smoothly and efficiently whilst at the same time also ensuring that all guest charges have been correctly posted onto Micros.
You will be stationed at the meet & greet station and will be required to oversee the overall breakfast operations, where the number of covers could be potentially in excess of 150 guests
You will supervise the team; ensure that the breakfast buffet set up is maintained to the highest standards at all times, and that the restaurant area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and set up.
On conclusion of the breakfast shift at 10.00, you will be responsible for lunch service in the Bar Lounge Bar / Conservatory area and any conference lunches
The shift commences at 06.00 and finishes at 14.00 five days a week including weekends, and would suit an individual who prefers working on early shifts
You need to be highly organised with attention to detail
Positive references are essential

Assistant Reception Manager
The Role
You will be responsible for the following duties :
Together with the Reception Manager, the management of the hotel’s Front Office Team
You will be responsible for Reception and the Night Team.
Outstanding team management skills are essential as you will be fully responsible for the development and performance management of the Front Office team. You will be expected to deliver excellent customer service standards, encourage sales and compliance to IHG brand standards.
You should also have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and have a working knowledge of Opera
The ideal candidate must also be prepared to be fully flexible as you will be required to work hands on Duty Management shifts and shifts as required. You will work on a shift basis, working 5 days out of 7 including weekends
Hours of work : combination of early or late shifts five days per week including weekends
The successful candidate should preferably have previously worked in a branded Hotel, preferably an InterContinental Hotels Group brand, in a similar role.
You will be required to motivate and inspire the team and be able to implement new systems and procedures
Ideal candidates should have a stable background and positive references
Previous experience in Opera will be a strong advantage
Ideal candidates should have the following attributes :-
