Spa guests will be required to complete a medical questionnaire, and depending on any pre-existing medical condition, certain treatments may not be provided. For example, manicure and pedicure treatments may not be suitable for diabetic clients, or pregnancy massage for clients within the first trimester or after 32 weeks of pregnancy. Please always seek guidance from your medical practitioner. Quad Club Wellness & Spa accepts no liability for any pre-existing conditions which may be exacerbated by the provision of a spa treatment.
We have both female and male spa therapists. Kindly advise if you have any specific preference for the gender of the therapist at the time of booking so we can do our best to allocate the preferred therapist for your treatment, as it will not always be possible to do this on the day.
Lockers are available for your use during your visit to Quad Club Wellness & Spa. The hotel accepts no liability for any guest's belongings left in the hotel.
We recommend that guests bring footwear that is suitable for wet floor areas for use around the pool, as the hotel does not provide footwear for use.
