During your spa day, you'll have complete access to Quad Club Wellness & Spa facilities, allowing you to move between active wellness and complete relaxation throughout your visit. Our facilities are designed to support your wellbeing journey, whether you're seeking invigoration or restoration.
Facilities include our 19m indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, indoor jacuzzi, aerobic studio, gym with extensive Life Fitness equipment, outdoor terrace with sun loungers, and beauty treatment rooms. Each facility has been designed with your comfort and restoration in mind, creating a holistic space where you can move at your own pace.
After exploring the Chiltern Hills or walking along the River Thames, there's something special about returning to our facilities—perhaps starting your day with an energising swim, unwinding in the sauna or steam room, or simply finding a quiet corner to reflect. Our beauty treatment rooms offer breathtaking views over the lake, creating a tranquil setting for your treatments.
Important Note: Guests are recommended not to use the pool, sauna, or steam room for at least 60 minutes after their treatment.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the Pool
Therapist Preferences:
You may opt to have a female or male therapist perform your treatment, however, we are unable to guarantee that your preferred therapist will be available at all times to perform your treatment.
Footwear Requirements:
Kindly note that the Pool Hall and Spa areas are wet and can cause slippage if you are not cautious. We strongly recommend you bring footwear suitable for the wet pool hall and changing room areas. Hotel slippers must not be worn in the spa. The Hotel and Spa accepts no liability for any injury caused as a result of your not wearing suitable footwear for the spa wet areas.
Cancellation Policy:
Any changes/cancellations to your booking need to be made no later than 7 days in advance with a member of our Quad Club team and confirmed in writing. Cancellations occurring less than 7 days prior to arrival will be fully chargeable.
Lockers are available for your use during your visit to Quad Club Wellness & Spa. The hotel accepts no liability for any guest's belongings left in the hotel.
