The Winterlake Suite
Suitable for large-scale conferences and events for up to 450 delegates. With stunning views over our lake and lawns as well as state-of-the-art lighting to suit the mood of your event. The room also has its own balcony area with access to the lawns below, an ideal area for team-building events.
The Event Suites
As well as Winterlake, the conference suite is made up of a further 6 meeting rooms; Lakeside 1, Lakeside 2, Lakeside 3, Riverside 4, Riverside 5 and Marlow Suite. All our meeting rooms have natural daylight, high-tech audiovisual facilities, air conditioning and some with full blackout facilities.
The Terrace Bar
An open and informal breakout area with comfortable seating and access to its own outdoor terrace. Again, the floor to ceiling glazing provides excellent natural daylight with views over Winter Hill. The breakout area can be used for both drinks, buffet lunches, small exhibitions, syndicate space or even informal meeting space. The area also benefits from having its own bar, lift, and washrooms.

We wanted to extend a big thank you and much gratitude for the fantastic BBQ event we had at the Crowne Plaza, Marlow yesterday. The set up was beautiful and everything had been laid out perfectly. The team on hand were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the setting was perfect. It was such a hot afternoon and everyone working the event such as our main point of contact, chef and supporting staff were first class. Very professional and delivered a great time! Thank you also Saskia for all your support in bringing this to life through our email correspondence, you have been so helpful and it was a pleasure to put this dinner evening together. Wishing you all a great weekend ahead (plus hen doo!) and I will definitely be in touch regarding more dinners and meetings in the future.
