I just wanted to email you and say Thank you to all your staff at Christmas that looked after me and my family. Every element of your Christmas package was so delightful and we had a really enjoyable time. Our neighbours were also funnily staying at the hotel with us. We really enjoyed the dinner and swimming that evening. Could you please pass our thanks to your staff. The stay really exceeded our expectations and this year we are considering staying for two nights.
CHMP"For the last few years, we've had a low key NYE and then gone away to a hotel on 1 Jan when everywhere is quieter (and cheaper!) This year we chose the Crowne Plaza at Marlow and I'm so glad we did! The hotel is lovely. The main area and the rooms have been refurbed and it shows. We upgraded to Club Rooms and had access to the Club Lounge for cocktails and canapes which went down very well - our hostess Amy was great! Our refurbished bedroom was large and airy, with tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits and complimentary bottled water. Nice range of toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was very clean. We used the pool which was fine there is also an outdoor hot tub which we used and enjoyed despite the fact it was 1 Jan!"

"This Hotel is one of my favourites and this was our third visit for Christmas. This year the Bedrooms and public areas have been refurbished and clean modern and comfortable. The excellent friendly and helpful staff combined with a great package of Gym, Swim, etc make it great value for money. The Christmas meal was excellent. Club Lounge facilities were great and added to the value. The Hotel has ample parking and you can walk into town. A great package and highly recommended."

Last Friday group visit for Christmas party night in the conservatory. Have to comment as great service, food excellent. Food served warm and best “party night” meal we have had in a long time! DJ kept the evening going with good music and atmosphere great. Well done !!!"
