AWARD INSPECTION MAY 2023

The superb Crowne Plaza Marlow is celebrating its highest yet Four Silver Star Award score after a recent unannounced overnight inspection by the AA. 

The Inspector awarded the hotel an outstanding score of 83%, making it the highest rated 4 Star Hotel in the area. The scoring means the hotel retains its overall Four Star status. This ratings reflect a Hotel which is setting high standards for the hospitality industry.

The Crowne Plaza Marlow is currently the highest ranked 4 Star Hotel in Marlow on the AA's website with:

• 83% Merit score

• 5% above the national 4* average score of 78%

• Only 4* hotel in Marlow to achieve over 80%

The AA inspector highly praised the property for its immaculate appearance, commending the ''thorough maintenance and stringent housekeeping standards that insure the property is always looking its best.'' 

Commenting on the recent success, the Management at the Crowne Plaza Marlow said:
